The Ring!

Sorry I haven't posted in so long it's been kind of crazy. But Aubrey (my soon to be sister-in-law) reminded me today that I have never posted about my engagement ring so here it is! I got the ring last Saturday and it is SO beautiful. I have received so many compliments about how unique it is and that is exactly what I wanted to here. I wanted something that not everyone else had. Bud and I picked it out in CA when we were there but I told him he wasn't allowed to buy it unless it was a good trade for the other ring he had. He flew to CA last Saturday and when he came back he told me he wasn't able to get the ring because it was more than the trade but that he picked out something he knew I would love and that it would be ready in a couple of weeks. I was fine with that, I just wanted to stop wearing the Wal-Mart one. ;) Well he was so excited that he couldn't wait until the next day so later that day when he came over to the place I was house sitting he knocked on the door and when I opened it he was outside on one knee with the ring and asked me if I would marry him. I of course said yes and gave him a huge hug and a kiss and when I realized it was the ring we had picked out I couldn't believe it. It was more beautiful than I remembered. I swear I couldn't stop smiling all day. I can't believe how much it sparkles! I still can't believe that I am getting married and that I have been so lucky to have found someone so incredibly wonderful. I fall more in love with him everyday. Mushy I know but true. ;)
